What is life like for those who have died and are now with Christ in Heaven? Can they see us? Do they remember what their life on earth was like? Many of us have thousands of questions about what waits for us after death. Join us as we explore what scripture has to say about Heaven as it currently exists. 

One of the most hot-button topics in politics is the issue of abortion. Many Christians believe that the Bible teaches that abortion is murder. In this episode, we'll explore what the Bible says and what we as Christians should do about abortion in our country.

We all look forward to going to Heaven and meeting Jesus, but what exactly will that be like? Will we recognize those who have gone before us? What will we do for all eternity? These and many other questions will be explored in this series.

Some Christians believe that believer should have nothing to do with politics, but solely focus on spreading the Gospel. Other believe that God has called the church to rectify the injustices of the world. In this episode we will explore the different ways Christians view their role in politics and how the Bible answers this question.

Suffering abuse is difficult, but sometimes healing from it can be even harder. Join us in the last part of our series as we explore some important milestones in the journey toward healing from abuse.

Whether you're being abused or know of someone who is being abuse, action must be taken. Should you call the police? Should you confront the abuser? What is the wise course of action? While every situation is unique, there are some good principles to keep in mind which we'll cover in this third part of our series.

Abusers are unusually very good at hiding the abuse they direct toward others. Those who are abused often hide their abuse out of shame and guilt. If we are to help uproot this sin in our communities, we need to be able to identify when abuse is taking place. Join us as we learn how to recognize when abuse is happening.

There are many different types of abuse that happen all around us everyday. Even in churches people can be mistreated and victimized. Join us as we address this uncomfortable, but vitally important topic.

Bible study, prayer, tithing, and fasting; these are just a few of the disciplines that Christians have practiced for centuries. Join us as we finish the series looking at the Christian Disciplines of our faith.

Christians have debated and argued about various doctrines for centuries, but there are some core doctrines that nearly all of Christianity agree upon. Join us as we look at the core beliefs of the Christian faith.

There seem to be hundreds of Christian Denominations and it can be confusing to know what makes each different. While there is much that could be said on this subject, we will give a brief overview of the history, belief and practices of some of the major Christian denominations around today.

More songs, books, movies and poems have been written about love than any other emotion. Unfortunately, love is also one of the most misunderstood emotions. We finish up this series on emotions by revealing the lies about love and what it really looks like.

Worry, like so many emotions, seems like an emotional reflex that we can't help. Some justify their worry because it seems to keep us from danger. However, when left without boundaries it can destroy our lives. Join us as we discuss how to harness this natural emotion.

We all want to be happy, but what does that mean? Is happiness something we can even attain or is it temporary and a source of frustration? In this part of our series on emotion we will discuss the idea of happiness.

Anger is one the most destructive emotions when left uncontrolled.  Anger itself is not sinful, but how we respond to this emotion can either accomplish great things or destroy the world around us. Join us as we explore this important emotion.
