The Rockets took home the Division 1 State Team Title Saturday (10/27) at the state meet held at the The Ridges Golf Course in Wisconsin Rapids. Bay Port defeated Appleton North 31-21 in Level 2 High School Football Playoffs. Bill Scott and Tom Neises were on the call.

The Bluejays began 2018 postseason play with a 41-28 home win over the Hortonville Polar Bears last Friday night (10/19) at Calder Stadium in level one action of the WIAA playoffs. Menasha hits the road Friday night as they travel to Marshfield to take on the Tigers in level two.

Appleton North defeated Hudson 55-19 in Level One of Division one high school football playoffs. Bill Scott and Tom Neises were on the call.

In a must win situation last Friday (10/12) the Foxes punched their ticket into the WIAA playoffs with a 24-14 road win over Marinette. FVL is into the playoffs for the fourth consecutive year and did so by winning their final three games of the 2018 regular season.

Kaukauna defeated Appleton West 33-7 in Week 9 of the High School Football Season. Bill Scott and Tom Neises were on the call.

The Hawks advanced to the WIAA State Championships with a Sectional win at Ridgeway Country Club in Neenah last Monday (10/1). Xavier topped an eight team field with a score of 372 and landed 3 golfers in the top 10. Hawks as pictured L-R: Clair Phakamad, Lauren Haen, Catherine Sajbel, Kate Bernecker, and Tillie Carew.

FVL defeated Xavier 13-7 in Week 8 of the High School Football Season. Bill Scott and Tom Neises were on the call.

Papermakers won their 6th straight game Friday night (9/27) 35-25 on the road at rival Appleton North. Kimberly rolled up 488 yards of total offense and clinched at least a share of the VFA-North Division title with the win. They'll hit the road Friday night (10/5) to take on another division rival Kaukauna, a game featured on our Fox Communities Credit Union Video Stream this week.

West De Pere defeated Menasha 35-7 in Week 7 of the High School Football Season. Bill Scott and Tom Neises were on the call.

The Mustangs capped off another perfect week with a win over FVL on Thursday (9/20) followed by a 5-0 showing Saturday (9/22) at the Appleton East Invitational to take home the title for the first time in school history. Little Chute ran their record to a perfect 25-0 on the year.

Kimberly defeated Neenah 38-0 in Week 6 of the High School Football Season. Bill Scott and Tom Neises were on the call.

Both Irish teams swept a pair of invitationals last week starting with Bonduel on Tuesday (9/11) followed by the Kris Greening Invite in Ripon on Saturday (9/15). Freedom Girls finished 67 points ahead of Weyauwega-Fremont in Bonduel and 22 points better than East Troy on Saturday. The Boys ended up 38 points better than Clintonville on Tuesday and 20 points ahead of Wautoma Satruday.

Wrightstown defeated FVL 42-28 in Week 5 of the High School Football season. Bill Scott and Tom Neises were on the call.

The Lightning snapped a two game skid with a huge 56-36 road win over Stevens Point on Friday (9/7) night. Quarterback Carter Robinson had 273 total yards and four touchdowns (2 rushing/2 passing). Appleton North heads back on the road to take on Appleton East this Friday in a VFA-North Divisional game.

Rockets coming off a championship at the Joust Invite (Aug. 25th) opened up FVA play with a 3-0 sweep of Hortonville Thursday August 30th to improve to 11-1 on the year and 1-0 in conference play.
