Matt Holliday surprised us all by joining the Cardinals organization as the new bench coach after previously indicating on 590 The Fan that he would prefer to stay home in Oklahoma. Oli Marmol made some other adjustments to his coaching staff including the promotion of Turner Ward.

Jed Stugart joins us to discuss the thriller against Tennessee Tech. The Lions fell just short by a score of 35-34. Coach gives us his insight on the game and the decision to go for the 2-point conversion at the end of the game. Also, the SEC gave us plenty to watch on Saturday between Georgia vs Tennessee, LSU vs Bama and, of course, Mizzou vs Kentucky.

The Murray State Racers are coming into town to play the Billikens and Rammer will be on the call! Nate and Bob preview that matchup and review some of the notes that head coach Travis Ford gave us during his recent interview on High Noon. Nate and Rammer still aren't over Dusty Baker's mismanagement of his pitching staff in Game 3, but their frustrations are significantly more mild following the performance of Houston's staff in Game 4.
