Sometimes it's not the physical violence or the verbal abuse or the lack of boundaries and inappropriate behaviour. The real damage is the denial that these incidents ever occurred. The erasure of the abuse is worse than the abuse itself.

The worst part about getting to know someone then they ghost you are all the little details about them left over in your head with no purpose and no where to go🤥
