In this episode, James dives deep into the recent arrest of Eric Robert. Things take a drastic turn when Eric recants his confession. James follows up with various specialist, Detective Hamilton & Nancy's family.

James goes deep into the case file the new detective, Mickey Hamilton and discovers new information about the evidence that was and wasn't collected from Nancy's residence. James also speaks to the former Tenino officer who responded to the missing person call and gets an unexpected response. Things don't seem to be what they've appeared to be.
