It's being touted as a big decision in favor of indigenous voters in Montana, a supreme court ruling marked 4 laws as unconstitutional, the court saying each of them interfere with fundamental voting rights. One plaintiff representative, Alex Rate of American Civil Liberties Union of Montana, says that these bills harmed those in indigenous and native American communities in particular.

US Attorney Jesse Laslovich's office recently warned the public about a new, more potent pink colored fentanyl hitting the streets of Billings and Missoula, in this episode Laslovich remarks on what the future might hold for the Fentanyl epidemic in Montana.

The offices of US Attorney Jesse Laslovich recently warned the public of a new, more potent, pink colored fentanyl in the streets of Billings. The typical blue fentanyl is already several factors more potent than heroin, this new one even more potent than that, and Laslovich says the odds of this coming to Hill County is “not just a possibility, it’s a certainty”

For months, the COPS grant has been a hot button topic for the Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees meetings, and in the most recent meeting the board finally picked a company to cement the planning process and finally put the plan into motion. We talked more with Brian Gum to get more details on the specifics of the grant.
