I want to thank God for this platform and I don’t take it and you guys the viewers for granted. Thank you to all of the guests who made my dream a reality. Without y’all this podcast would not be a success. I love you and thank you so much for loving me back♥️💫

Take this time to live in the moment and be grateful for the life you have♥️

Don’t uplift yourself by looking down on someone else♥️

The times when you want to give up ⬆️ remember why you started. This will keep you pushing forward. Life is going to happen and when it does you will have a reason to keep moving forward and not throw in the towel♥️

Take the time to grieve and heal. Whether it’s a death of a love one, divorce, separation, a romantic relationship, friendship, from a family member, or just life as you known it: take it one day at a time and know that your feelings are normal. You can get through this♥️

Happy New Year everyone!!! Take some time for yourself. Don’t stop worshipping The Lord in spite of everything you might be going through. This too shall pass♥️🙏🏽♥️

It’s time to set boundaries. It’s okay to put yourself first. It’s not selfish, it’s necessary♥️

I’m back and it’s Season 3!!! Yay!!! I needed that reset and I know you did too. Take some time for yourself. Spend more time with family, friends, and love ones. Put the phone down and get off or limit social media. Do some self care for you. I promise you, your mental and physical strength needs it. I can’t wait to catch you up on what’s been going on with me♥️
