Michel Ferrari put together the perfect heist, he even out sourced all the criminal work to some nice Corsicans who may or may not have been in the biggest criminal organization in France. Arther Welleslley was a british retiree living on a very meager pension. What really got him steamed up was that he had to pay for a TV license. So what did he do? He stole a famous british painting and held it for ransom.
