HD a Third Culture Kid

I discuss the changes I made from the first to the second semester of my 1L year. I did better academically in the second semester whew. I also take some liberty with slight digressions in this episode.

I have finally emerged from the darkness of my 1L year to record a podcast episode! It's been a long time. In this episode, I recap the remainder of the first semester of my 1L year and share my experience living in New York. I'll recap the second semester of my 1L year in the next episode. Stay tuned!

I'm at the halfway point of my first semester of my 1L year! I take a quick break from my studies to share my experience with student orgs, my first midterm, the mental game that is law school, and other live rambling thoughts about law school.  

I recap my first two weeks of law school, discussing happy hours, benefits of being older, and my first concluded law school class. 

I share my hectic month in preparing for my move to New York and my orientation at law school. I talk about spending thousands of dollars on moving, rats in New York, and to inspirations from law school orientation!

Roe v Wade was overturned and Twitter blew up with mutually exclusive pro-choice and pro-life reactions. My reaction didn't neatly fall into either camp. I'm also taking a Python machine learning course on Udemy and have completed the Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, and K Nearest Neighbors modules. Overtime gets a bad rap - I worked overtime this past week but I was both tired and invigorated by it. But I do worry that too much of it would get me to neglect other parts of my identity.
