Haven of truth:Anchored in His Word

Deuteronomy 31:6, Isaiah 41:10, Joshua 1:9; Matthew 28:20. He is with us always and as envisioned through empirical evidence of His faithfulness I share His truth, His knowledge and His wisdom.

The reality is that God asks so little of us in return for Christ’s crucifixion. He only asks that we share his truth. Yet, there are so many that will not because of the litany of excuses for being able to. The truth is, they can, but won’t.

They will know we are Christians by our love…a verse from a song many decades ago singing in prayer meetings. An anthem as you will, but a declaration made from Christ, anointed of God; our Lord in how we treat one another. As He answered when they tried to trap Him in His own words, but He responded, love thy Lord thy God with all thy heart, soul and mind and additionally spoke to love thy neighb...

Learned many years ago the reflected light is brightest; my mentor shared this: we want to insure we’re reflecting Christ(anointed of God)because sometimes we are the ONLY Bible that people see. Study to show thyself approved for publication.

How is you thought process? Philippians 4:8…grumbly and griping about things around that truly DON’T matter as much as we THINK or are you thinking about what is true, honest, just,pure, lovely, things of good report(not rumor or gossip)virtue. These are thoughts that are important. Truth leads the speech of a righteous man or woman.

Be if the same mindset of truth as all brothers and sisters. Be not as the label heads or self proclaimed, but be of truth, whole truth and nothing more than truth in speaking. Display the love given us each by God and share truth.

There are descriptions of the Word of God as our food source. Paul described new believers as being fed with milk and more mature believers as eating of the meat of His Word. Seek His nourishment and He will sustain you.

We must be guarded against rumors and gossip. Sharing and speaking only righteousness and truth. If you don’t KNOW, don’t speak. Ignorance and stupidity are NOT synonymous: ignorance is merely the lack of information, but stupidity is repeatedly going forward with no knowledge, information or truth. Guard against that; II Timothy 2:15…be not ashamed of the truth.

Jesus teaching on the Sermon on the Mount and His recitation of the Beatitudes; was not just how we should act, but rather how we should BE. This walk is not a role that we shrug off at the end of our Sunday or the end of the day. We do these things because it is WHO WE ARE! We do them because my Christ is thus. I want to be like HIM.

There are those that claim to be Christian, but n reality are no more of Christ than a heap of coal or dirt. In Luke we are given authority and as true believers; we MUST in fact that faith and walk NOT by sight.

The letter Paul wrote to the Colossians is a powerful illustration of who and what Jesus my Lord, my savior, redeemer, shepherd and rescuer is and will always be.

Jesus came for OUR salvation. God did not ordain His coming for a particular race, skin tone…Jesus came as a sacrificial lamb for ANYONE that believes in the truth, having faith and believing that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and light. Only ONE way. As Jesus declares…there is only one way and if you’re teachings do not include Christ; then flee to the truth and seek His way.

His truth and knowledge is the import. There are many that declare many ways to God our Father. That is false teaching and doctrine. Be not deceived nor swayed to divert from the truth. Follow the path of righteousness.

Are we intent on nourishment from above or from the horizontal plain? Drawing from mammon or from our Father, Hashem, Abba…Seek from above what only He can provide.

Are you too busy in YOUR agenda and second guessing Hashem? He is The Lord thy God and if He says something; don’t rewrite the script. He says what He means and as our Lord God does not need a rewrite. STOP practicing pharaceeism.

God tells us to be of good courage because He knows what’s coming and He knows that we cannot control our emotions. We like to believe we’re capable, but no we’re not. Don’t be confused by the withersoever thou goest. That’s NOT just a physical direction, but too an emotional. The highs, the lows and in between.

Be bold in faith and speaking truth. This does not mean to be confrontational with one that may not agree with you. It means to be strong enough to hold your tongue and not flail that “two edged sword” about. A good warrior knows when to draw the sword and when not to. As we are in a spiritual warfare; the Holy Spirit must guide.

Matthew 5 is a list of the beatitudes of Christ our Lord; Psalm 27:1, IITimothy 1:7 speak to fear. God does not mind our fear and knows we are; as long as we do not dwell there and be driven by fear. That is of the enemy.

Allow the guidance from the Holy Spirit and don’t try to control all; in doing that we offend so many. Forgetting one in pushing to remember something else. There is only ONE sovereign Lord. He is Hashem; thy Lord thy God.

Be like that lamp that has a clean lens and a full reservoir. God pours into us his blessings and we must have a clean lens to show out light. Keep the lens clean by studying HIS truth.

Psalm 22 David speaks to the crucifixion, Isaiah 53 speaks not prophetically, but as if witnessed. Jesus is NOT just in the New Testament, but the good news is throughout the Gospel of Abba Yahweh. Ahman!!

The word gospel means good news. The Gospel of Christ my King is not just in the New Testament. The Old Testament declares the Gospel of Christ all the way into Genesis 3:15.

There are a great many things that cause fright. God does not mind our fear, but he does not want us fearful. Being fearful drives our actions. Imagine if our actions were more faithful. Stop declaring, but what if? Instead declare boldly, EVEN IF…Hashem stands beside me. He is Adonai el roi; as declared by Hagar. He is Jehova Raah; as declared by David. The God who sees me and God my shepherd.

Coming as he way, truth and life. As the light to show the way to the father. We can only come to the father through Christ(anointed of God) the son.

The pouring out of God’s blessings on us. He will and does so daily. From God’s unending supply He pours out. The reservoir cannot be emptied nor the treasure be depleted. As He is for always…they too are for always.
