Why do folks come to the US: An interview with a Guatemalan immigrant. In this episode, Franki and Oscar interview a young Guatemalan man who emigrated to Newport, Oregon when he was a young adult. We asked him why he decided to leave his family to come to the US, how he got here, his border crossing and travels, and how he's doing in Newport, Oregon.

In Episode 14, Visas, Immigration and Asylum Seekers, Oscar and Franki discuss how folks become citizens of the US. They talk about some of the more common types of visas, DACA, and the immigrants and asylum seekers waiting at the US/Mexico border hoping to come to the US when Title 42 expires next week.
