Dorothy Best is an actor and producer and appeared in an episode of "The Dukes of Hazzard". She is the wife of the late James Best who portrayed Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane! She talks about being on the set of Dukes of Hazzard starting on the earliest episodes filmed in Georgia.
