We've been renting various small houses since our return from Spain. The landlord - tenant relationship is not a pleasant one. In the UK it is very heavily skewed towards the landlord. We've found a slightly bigger place and negotiated a bit of a rent reduction in exchange for doing some tidying up of the place. Lets see how that goes... Support the show
