Thanksgiving and Christmas are a great time of year to practice your disciple-making skills. Pastor Kevin Baker talks today about a few tips to find ways to have spiritual conversations with your friends, family and strangers this holiday season.

We need to stop holding onto our idea of "how things should be done" in our churches. Jesus is calling us to do a new thing to be successful in our disciple-making. We need to be telling people The Good News of the Gospel so that it fits their context, not ours. Take up the mantle to be an everyday missionary!

Today, Kevin Baker, talks about how we should expect to have disciple-making failures in our walk with Jesus. You cannot catch fish if you don't go fishing. God will do the work in people's hearts, you just need to step out in faith. Sometimes this will bear fruit, other times not. That's ok!

It is not just pastors and the church who is responsible for disciple-making. This is a calling for everyone, regardless of age, as a follower of Jesus. The harvest is ready we just need to get out in the field and pick the fruit.
