Growing up in the frozen city on the "Nipple" of Lake Superior, Lisa Forrestal had quite the journey to what brought her to where she is now. Of course, we barely scratched the surface. From getting kicked off the school bus for wearing a dress to to having her hair conditioned with beer, I think we got the inside story right here.

In this first full length episode, Producer and Bestie Lisa joins me as we chat about what we all can expect from this podcast. We talk about the avenues we will explore as we answer the questions about growing up. We even take some walks down memory lane to reflect on the things we have learned and the things we are still figuring out.
