Growing in His Word Podcast

As we go through our walk in Christ, there are going to be bumps in the road. We need to keep reading The Word and allow the Holy Spirit to touch the lives of others! We must continue to grow in The Word, like Paul. 

The bible says it's going to get worse on Earth before Christ returns. We must remain faithful and stick to reading the precious Word of God. Just as Paul perseveres, we must do so as well. 

Paul is witnessing to the leaders of Israel again and stays steadfast in the faith. No matter what, he has confidence and peace with Christ during such times. 

Paul is being plotted against by those who are against The Gospel. Despite all of this, we know as believers that being a follower of Christ will require us to go through some tough times, but The Lord will always be there for us. 

As believers we are going to be persecuted but we must continue to be the witness!

Paul testifies and relates his life before and after Christ changed it for the better. We can use our own pasts and testimonies to further The Gospel and draw others closer to The Lord!

In this episode, Paul continues to do the work of Christ despite the persecutions that occur. We need to set more time aside to meditate in The Word and grow closer to Him. We must be obedient to The Lord to be effective in His Will, serving others.

We must continue to finish the race and keep serving Christ when persecution arises. Christ will help us through it no matter what!

Jesus Christ is your goal; we don't need financial things such as gold and material possessions. The race is our calling, the prize is Jesus. It's all about eternal salvation.

Us believers need to be in prayer for all things, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide us in all actions!

In this episode, Paul preaches The Word and removes the idols and other things people would worship that separated them from Christ. We believers need to read our Bibles and remove our own idols or things that distract us from growing in Him.

The Holy Spirit is free and cannot be bought. He is the one who equips us believers with unique gifts to administer to others and further The Gospel.

Paul preaches the great news with boldness and love towards those who are not so receptive to the message. Even though some may not want the gospel, we should still keep going and finish the race!

In this episode Paul is on fire for the gospel and spreads the good news. Don't give up no matter what, Christ will get you through it.

As Paul gets beaten for Christ, he understands that such adversity is need for the survival of the Gospel in the early Church. When persecutions arise, we can rest assured that Christ is in control no matter what.

In this Episode, Paul and Silas are redeemed from prison by The Holy Spirit who uses adversity to show His miraculous works and Glory. We can see that The Lord at times uses such hardships for His plan and goodness. 

In this episode, Timothy joins Paul and Silas in their ministry. God is sending them in different directions for different reasons to accomplish His goals. We need to listen to The Spirit in our lives and allow Him to direct us. 

The Holy Spirit is the Character of God and is the unique person of the Godhead who gives us believers the joy and strength needed to do His Will.  We can see his workings in the book of Acts as they preach the word and administer to others. 

As followers of Christ we don’t have to work our way to obtain salvation. Christ died so we can do away with the old and become a new person with a unique purpose to serve Him. We are all special and united through Him.

As believers we now have a new heart from Christ where we do away with the flesh as He transforms us into His image. Being a follower of Christ gives us the opportunity to have a new life and be the light for others to come. 

Keep going and do the Will of Christ. It may be hard at times but no matter what, The Lord is with you and will give you strength.

We need to be bold like Paul and Barnabas spreading the truth.

Paul teaches grace, while the message takes off. It's about His love, grace, and truth.

We can't quit our journey with Christ, we all have a purposes for Him. We all need to be bold like Paul and let the Holy Spirit work through us.
