Donors want to pay limited overhead. The Nonprofit sector pays much less than the for profit sector. It's causing a talent drain and a brain drain for nonprofits. Your passion for your mission is inspiring. There is a problem. You can't eat your passion. Make sure you have the language to articulate what you need in order to serve.
