What you think matters very much to God. He made your mind and wants you to think thoughts that lead you toward life and peace, not toward fear and anxiety. He wants you to set your mind on things above (see Colossians 3:2) and choose to believe he is Lord of your life.

The Bible encourages us to be grateful and give thanks to God. In the book of Hebrews, it says that we should continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, which is the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His name (Hebrews 13:15).

As a Christian, dealing with stress involves relying on Christ and letting Him reign in us. We can find comfort in knowing that we are not in control of our circumstances, but God is.

“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!” Philippians‬ ‭4:4‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”

A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

The Hebrew word for still used in Psalm 40:10, Raphah, means to sink down, relax, let go of. Often this is the last thing we want to do when the world is spinning and we feel like we have no control of a situation.

“In him we have redemption through his blood Ephesians‬ ‭1:7‬A Redemption is God's effective work of grace, purchasing us us from the debt of sin and bringing us to our new status (being in Christ).

The problem is many of us when pressure comes into our lives we tend to focus on the pressure. From there we start complaining and then we get angry, and then we play the victim role. God‘s purpose in pressure & problems is to move us to the Lord not away from him. Disobedience is not letting the pressure of Life us to him.

“You have been set free from sin. You have become slaves to righteousness ( Right thinking) Romans‬ ‭‪6:18‬‬ ‭NIRV‬‬

( Condemns) pronounces us guilty when we sin . “So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.”Romans‬ ‭8:1‬ ‭NLT‬‬

“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭10:13‬ ‭NIV‬‬

A father's role in the family is a pivotal one. He is called upon to be a leader and protector for the family, and to give an example of Christ's love by being loving towards the children's mother. He is also to be strong in the faith, and to bring the children up knowing right from wrong.

YesHe was critical of others. “But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to where he was baptizing, he said to them: “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath?”Matthew‬ ‭3‬:‭7‬ ‭

We don’t overcome circumstances by thinking about them, we overcome the circumstances by turning our eyes & thoughts on Jesus.

The Bible is clear that God’s will is simple: First, it’s for us to be saved, as 2 Peter 3:9 says: The Lord is… not willing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance.

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the ( God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles,) ( so that we can comfort those in any trouble) with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.”2 Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭

“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.””Hebrews‬ ‭13:5‬ ‭
