A. The I Am ? The Jews cornered Jesus & he claimed to be the I am God : “Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, before Abraham was even born, I Am!”” ‭‭John‬ ‭8:58‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Emotions like pain, worry, heartbreak, and fear are normal and genuine aspects of being a human.

The point Jesus is making here is we don’t overcome circumstances by thinking about them, we overcome the circumstances by turning our eyes & thoughts on Jesus .

Feelings of depression can often be solved when those suffering with depression move the focus from themselves to Christ and others.

The Opposite of Depression: cheer·ful·ness “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭17:22‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Traumatic event, such as sexual assault, warfare, traffic collisions, child abuse, domestic violence or other threats on a person's life. Symptoms may include disturbing thoughts.

The four main happiness chemicals are serotonin, dopamine, endorphins and oxytocin. Each one has an impact on happiness, with effects ranging from boosting pleasure and satisfaction to controlling stress and anxiety

A. What is the “domain of darkness”? Domain of darkness referred to in vs. 13 of Colossians It is the realm of demons, of Satan himself, who the Bible tells us control the earth's belief systems and seek constantly to deceive and destroy mankind.

“For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”Colossians‬ ‭1:13-14‬

A gentle answer turns anger away. But mean words stir up anger.”Proverbs‬ ‭15:1

Fools vent their anger, but the wise quietly hold it back. Proverbs‬ ‭29:11‬ ‭NLT‬

Wisdom is the ability to see people, events, and situations as God sees them

The last thing you will feel like doing when you have chronic pain is drawing close to the Lord. Remember we all have an enemy “ Satan “ who does not want us to go to Christ. But in these times it’s vital because His Will means he gets involved and does what he desires in these difficult times. Scripture only points us to Christ so here’s a few helpful scriptures that will help us look to Christ.

To 'be light' means to be a { witness to others ) “In Christ was life, and that life was the light John‬ ‭1:4‬ ‭

God’s people should know , how wide, how long, how high, and how deep Christ’s love is.

Happiness is based upon “happenings,” meaning if things happen to go well, you’re happy, but if it happens that something bad occurs then you’re happiness is likely gone. Not so with joy.

“The words I speak are like that. They will not return to me without producing results. They will accomplish what I want them to. They will do exactly what I sent them to do.” Isaiah‬ ‭55:11‬ ‭NIRV‬‬
