As a church - we want to see God  do something far beyond our greatest expectations.  To do something that causes people to say - "look at God" because no one else could take credit for it.  Prayer enables us to experience God’s power. God spoke very clearly to Samuel and from this we see 3 things we can do to position ourselves to hear God when he speaks to us . If you have put your faith in Christ, you have been given at spiritual gifting. A spiritual gift : "A supernatural ability given to all Christians to do God’s work on earth." O ne of the biggest struggles in developing functional faith is pain! Pain can do one of 2 things when it comes to faith 1. Pull us closer to God to help us get through it 2.
