Welcome to the new year! As we step into 2022, Pastor Cory shares our focus for the year and starts our new series called "We Are GFC". Check in for the first week of the year to find out who we are and where we are going in 2022.

Exhaustion is not a fruit of the spirit...but sometimes we wear our overworked and overly busy lives as a badge of honor. This is not what Jesus calls us to as his followers. In fact, Jesus offers us rest and help with the burdens we bear. Pastor Cory wraps up our Christmas series with a look at Rest. Jesus took naps, you can too.

Shalom is a word we don't hear much in the Christian world, but it has a very deep meaning in when it comes to understanding the idea of peace. Feeling at peace can often be difficult but this week Pastor Andrew helps us understand how God has offered us peace beyond our understanding in the gift of Jesus.

It can be easy to lose hope and when things don't go the way we hoped it can be easy to think God might have it out for us. This week as we continue our Christmas conversation we learn powerful truths from the lives of Naomi and Ruth and how their hopelessness turned into hope and ultimately provided for the miracle of Christmas.

The Christmas Season is here and Pastor Cory kicks off our new series called Weary World Rejoice. This week we are talking about Joy and what it takes to have true Joy in life. Sometimes chasing happiness will only make us more weary, but there is a way to be joyful in all circumstances.

Our year-long focus on The Sermon on the Mount wraps up as we come to the end of Matthew chapter 7. These verses are challenging and can cause some anxiety when it comes to understanding who Jesus will allow into the Kingdom of Heaven. Pastor Cory helps us understand exactly what Jesus means and what it truly means for us to live as his followers.

How much can we ask God for? What do we do if he doesn't answer the way we think is best for us? These are difficult questions and sometimes it can seem like God isn't giving us what we believe we need. But this week Pastor Andrew helps us understand that even when God answers our ask a little differently than we hoped, he has a better plan for our lives.

What did Jesus have to say about worry and anxiety? This week our conversation brings us to the end of Matthew 6 and Pastor Cory shares with us from Jesus words on how his followers should live when worry and anxiety want to take over.

Do you ever lose focus? Is it easy for you to give your attention to two things at once? If so, you are probably in the minority. It can be so easy for us to get distracted from what really matters. This week Pastor Andrew helps us understand how important Jesus' words are about giving our time and attention to the most important things in life.

Why is forgiveness so important? As we wrap up our conversation about The Lord's Prayer, Pastor Cory dives into what it means to forgive and the freedom forgiveness can bring to our prayers and our day-to-day lives.

Pastor Andrew brings us into week two of Pray Like This. Have you ever felt like you needed an instruction manual for your prayers? Pastor Andrew takes us on a deep dive into how Jesus taught us to pray in Matthew 6.

Pastor Andrew wraps up our Don't Miss It series with a final challenge to invest in those in the phases behind us. He gives us a glimpse into what happens in grace Kids and Grace Students and why it is so important for kids and students to learn while having fun and building relationships with caring adults.

Mike Lewis continues our Don't Miss It series with a message about discipleship. This message is a reminder to us that we are called to disciple just as Jesus did and encourages us to disciple each other in our church family.
