This week we look at Samson’s life and death. We see that Samson was a perfect representative of the people of Israel during this time in the history of the Judges. Samson had no interest in serving God, only himself. God had to create a reason for Israel to be saved from their captivity. Do we see our need for rescue?

Just like in the Israelites' day, when common sense (“subjective rightness") is your guide, the door to compromise swings wide open and through that door is moral deterioration that will lead you down the path of unfaithfulness and disobedience to God. But God is faithful to keep His promises even when we are not.

PART 9 - THE PARABLE OF THE WEEDS Christians aren’t called to separate themselves from the world or cast judgment on the world. Instead, Christ calls Christians to grow up in the world and bring the gospel to the world!

PART 8 - THE PARABLE OF THE TWO SONS On the surface, consistent and daily repentance looks and feels bleak or like you’re taking a step back in your Christian journey. But repentance is the way we make progress in the Christian life. In other words, pervasive, all-of- life (consistent and daily) repentance is the best sign that a person is growing deeply and rapidly into the character of Jesus.

PART 7 - THE PARABLE OF THE PERSISTENT WIDOW Jesus tells us that we NEED to pray and to NEVER give up praying continually & constantly. We all must, and are given permission to come humbly and vulnerably to God for help.
