We take this time to remember those fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters that were lost. We strive for unity through these tough times because we are strongest when we work together. 

It isn't always a competition. There's plenty of room here for all of us to do our thing!

Today we dive deeper into the mind and focus on Depression and Social Anxiety. I know a lot of people deal with these things, sometimes in tandem. I discuss my point of view and opinions!
