Expectation is an important part of the faith life. In the Bible, people of faith were always people who lived with expectation. The question we must ask ourselves frequently is, "What am I expecting from God?". Low expectation equals low faith.

The Bible tells us to fight the good fight of faith. In the Bible we have numerous examples of individuals who pressed through adversities in order to receive from the Lord. This message will help you to see the importance of having a faith that prevails.

Have you ever wondered why the Bible instructs Christians to be watchful and alert? 1 Peter 5:8 gives us the answer. It reads, “Be sober-minded and watchful, because your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour." What are two foundational words for describing biblical faith? Hebrews 11:1 gives us the answer. It reads, “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” Whenever you find people with assurance and conviction, you will find people of faith.

Is the Holy Spirit welcome in your life? Are you 100% open to whatever His plans for you might include? Unfortunately, some people only tolerate him instead of celebrating him. It’s important that the Holy Spirit is warmly welcomed each day we live. His plans are always best.

Let me ask you a question. What’s the key to being blessed in every area of life? James 1 tells us “that the man who does the Word of God will be blessed in everything He does." So the key to being blessed in every area of life is to put the Word of God first in your life.

Are you running to win? 1 Corinthians 9:24 reads, “Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win!” The call of God to every Christian is that we would run our race with both effort and excellence. The Christian race is life’s most important event.

Let me ask you a question. What is the pace of your spiritual race? Today I will be teaching about the Importance of keeping a winning pace. The people you associate with will determine and define the pace of your Christian race. The pack you run with will either speed you up or slow you down.

Are you strong in the Lord? Ephesians 6:10 reads “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.” Most of the attacks that you’ll face from the devil will enter your life through your mind. It is important that we remain mentally tough in order to resist these attacks.

This message will help you to understand the importance of every believer learning to follow the leadership of the Holy Spirit. God never intended for Christian to exist on earth without the help of the Holy Spirit.

Are you active in a local church? God’s plan for all believers is that they would have both a shepherd and a sheepfold. Naturally speaking, sheep are healthiest and happiest whenever they are part of a sheepfold and under the care of a shepherd.

Isaiah 41:10 reads “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Everyday we live, our Heavenly Father extends His helping hand toward our lives.
