God views sexual sin as being very serious and yet at the heart of the matter is our hearts. Being sexually, physically pure is good but incomplete. God doesn’t want just part of us, He wants all of us including our hearts. If we change from the inside then that will affect how we live on the outside. At the end of the day, God wants us to live in holiness both in works and in our hearts.

Christ calls us to righteous relationships. We cannot separate our relationships with others from our relationship with God. Anger, contempt for others, and pride destroy relationships.

Our distinctiveness as Jesus’ disciples sets us apart in the tasteless, dark world around us.

Whom do you serve? There are many competing "gods" that strive to capture your affections. However, only the One True God of the Bible can give life and satisfy our greatest longings. The prayer of this message is that you might determine, as Joshua did, that "as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord!"

Do you have a passion to Worship God and see Him exalted above all else? In Joshua 22, we see followers of the LORD who have as their burning desire to see God glorified in their lives and in the lives of the next generation. Listen in!

In this message, you will see how God delivered on His promises to Joshua demonstrating his might, justice, and faithfulness. Just as Joshua did, we too can trust God to deliver on his promises for us. For this reason, we can cling to God when pressed by the troubles of life.

It's easy to fall into the trap that says my sinful decisions only affect me. What we learn in this message is that our decisions have repercussions on others, onlookers, and ourselves. Although the consequences of our sin is death, Jesus has stood in our place to give life and forgiveness to those who trust in Him.

When we sin the proper response is to seek God's forgiveness with a heart of brokenness. David recognized his sin was ultimately against God and that his actions had severed his fellowship with God. Listen and see the characteristics of a prayer of repentance.

The more dissatisfied we are with God's gifts, the more dissatisfied we are with God himself. A covetous heart led David down a slippery slope with huge consequences. For us, we must keep in mind that the greatest remedy for dissatisfaction is a thankful heart.

God's plan for taking Jericho didn't involve military tactics, it involved a display of his power through Israel's undivided devotion to Him and their radical obedience to His will. Are you prepared to embrace God’s will and respond with a radical kind of obedience? God’s plan may appear silly to onlookers, but at the end of the day, it’s God’s plan…and his plans are marked by perfection.

What kind of Legacy will you leave behind? In this message, we see that the greatest legacy you can leave is a legacy of worship. This happens as we trust God by walking by faith and teach others about Him. This is at the heart of making disciples. To raise up a generation who loves the Lord, we must leave a legacy of worship.

God wants to transform weak faith into courageous faith, the kind that says, "God, I'm all in." In this message we'll see the example of an amazing person. An unlikely hero. A courageous woman of faith who, with her neck on the line, was all in. Her actions screamed at the top of their lungs, "God, I believe in you! I'm all in!"

Fear can be paralyzing and stunt our obedience. It hinders us from living the life God has called us to live. Fear produces Cowardly Lions, but God's Word, His Promises, and His Presence makes us Courageous Christians.

Ephesians summarizes what it means to be a Christian. It looks at the dynamics of a personal relationship with Christ & deals with God's overall plan for the Church. It draws out the implications of what it means to live as Christian.

As Christians, we all have the same Boss, and His performance evaluation includes the highest standards for Christian living in the workplace.

Single men: Seek a woman of excellence. Remember "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised." Don't buy into the world's values which promote outward charm and beauty, but rather measure a woman according to her spiritual value.

Ephesians 6:1-4 continues Paul's instructions to the Christian household. Last week we looked at the marriage relationships of the husband and wife. In this passage, Paul gives instructions to both children and parents in these four short verses.

Too often the emphasis of this passage is entirely misplaced as if the central point is the subordination of wife to husband. Often the portion, "The Husband is the Head of the wife" is quoted in isolation. We will see that the basis of the passage is NOT control but love.
