God’s desire for every person is salvation and then for each person to come unto a knowledge of the truth.

The key to facing life's challenges isn’t in our own ability, but in meditating on God’s Word and trusting His promises. Just as Joshua leaned on God’s presence and instruction, we too can build the habit of focusing on Scripture and stepping forward in believing, knowing that God is with us.

The promises from Isaiah remind us that God’s Word is faithful.  When all else falls away– God’s Word stands.  He does not delay or forget what He has spoken and His Word always accomplishes the purposes that He intends. Unlike human commitments, which can falter or fail, God's promises remain firm because they are anchored in His perfect will and divine nature.

Joshua’s strength and courage didn’t come from his own abilities but from the assurance that the Lord his God was with him wherever he went. These words reminded Joshua—and remind us today—that we can face any challenge with confidence because God is always with us.

The love of God, referred to as "charity" in 1 Corinthians 13 [KJV], is far greater and deeper than human emotion. It is steadfast, unchanging, and eternal.

Romans 12:2 (KJV) And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God Renewing the mind isn’t about surface-level positivity; it’s about aligning our thoughts with God’s truth. It means replacing negative, fear-driven thoughts with God’s Word.

The Bible reminds us that prayer is not complicated. When we pray according to God’s will, we can have confidence that He hears us and answers. I John 5:14-15 (KJV): And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:  And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. 

Ephesians 3:20 reminds us that God is not only able but willing to do far more than we could ever imagine or express.

Isaiah 26:3-4 reminds us that perfect peace is not something we achieve on our own. It is a gift from God, given to those whose minds are steadfastly focused on Him.  This peace is more than the absence of trouble; it is the presence of God’s unshakable assurance in our lives.

Biblical prosperity from III John 2 refers to progress, growth, and flourishing in every area of life. Biblical prosperity isn’t limited to finances; it encompasses spiritual growth, emotional well-being, and physical health. It’s about thriving in alignment with God’s will and purpose for our lives.

Each day is a gift from God. No matter what we’re facing, we have a reason to rejoice because the Creator of the universe has given us this day.

We never need to feel alone. Jesus Christ, our high priest, was tempted in all points we will ever face and proved that God's Word always works. Let's come boldly to God's throne of grace and claim our deliverance from attack.

Let's remember this wonderful truth from John 3:16-- salvation through Jesus Christ! John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 

Let's remind ourselves of God's protection in the midst of the furnace and His ability to completely deliver us to the end there is not proof of the attack.

We put away our worry and concern and instead pray to God with thanksgiving and then we can experience a peace which passeth all understanding.

Let's learn from the record of Daniel and from the testimony regarding the power we have in Christ Jesus to see how we can remain steadfast and confident even in the lion's den

Let's consider the example of Jesus Christ as he manifested peace during the storm and authority over the storm and see that our peace isn't dependent on the circumstances around us, but instead comes from our unwavering trust in God.

Enjoy the record of Elijah facing off against 450 false prophets to remind ourselves that with God on our side we are never alone, outnumbered, or overpowered. If God be for us, no one and nothing can be against us.

Let's enjoy the record of God holding the sun and moon in place in the sky at Joshua's request to remind ourselves of God's willingness to make the impossible possible to meet our needs.
