James 1:1-2  says,“ Consider it nothing but joy , my brothers and sisters, whenever you fall into various trials.   Whoa! That’s a tall order, isn’t it? I don’t know about you, but when I am in a deep dark trial, it’s so hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. How can we count it all joy when we are in a trial? Most of all how can we go through these trials and not lose our joy?
