Healthy self esteem will save you a lot of heartache, headaches, and time. Having a healthy self esteem helps not just in romantic relationships, but friendships, education, career, etc.

Never forget who you are. Your mind create your reality and you are responsible for the reality.

Take care of yourself first and invest in people who demonstrate they care about you regardless of family ties or friendships. Vet everyone.

𝐼𝑔𝓃𝑜𝓇𝑒 𝒶𝓁𝓁 𝓃𝑒𝑔𝒶𝓉𝒾𝓋𝒾𝓉𝓎 𝒻𝓇𝑜𝓂 𝑜𝓊𝓉𝓈𝒾𝒹𝑒𝓇𝓈. Don’t give them your energy. Be aware of what’s being said, but don’t react. Avoid subliminal messages and petty banter. All of that is beneath you.

Care what people think and you’ll always be their prisoner.

You can never love anybody if you are unable to love yourself.

You repair your DNA by thinking more positively about things. You can feel the energetic shifts when you speak MORE life into your self.

There’s nothing more powerful and beautiful than being a black woman. You are deserving of everything you want and desire in this world.

Seeking validation will keep you trapped . You don’t need anyone or anything to approve of your worth. When you understand this, you’ll be free.

There’s no one like you on this planet, that’s what makes you special. Face the ugly truth and watch something beautiful blossom.

You will lose friends as you continue to level up. Everyone is on a different journey, we have to learn to accept that.

Today I woke up different and as I continue to elevate my consciousness, I become more in-tune with myself. I no longer want to promote superficial lifestyles, I want to help elevate consciousness.

Dealing with toxic family members, and friends can be challenging. All relationships deserve trust and respect, if that can’t be honored, it’s best to walk away.

Beauty begins the moment you decide to love yourself. And if you want to attract good things, you have to believe you’re deserving of them.
