Guest speaker, Reverend Tom Paino, joins us as we are unveiling the 2022 Kingdom Builders vision to share the Gospel around the world, partner with missionaries to complete building projects and new initiatives, and plant churches right here in East Central Indiana. 

If fasting doesn’t change the way you see a hurting world then your fasting is neither godly nor biblical. This is the focus of part-two of Pastor Kevin’s message, Not So fast—The Fast Chosen by God . 

Part one of Pastor Kevin’s two-part series on fasting, Not So Fast:God’s Chosen Fast . From Isaiah 58 we will learn that fasting is not intended to get favors from God or manipulate God’s power, but rather to teach us how to overcome the besetting sin in our lives and to learn the great joy of walking in obedience.

In the final message of Pastor Kevin’s series from Psalm 119, he will address the relationship that the Law has with New Covenant Christianity and discuss whether or not we have any responsibility to live by it. Special attention will be given to our understanding of salvation and how redemption was pointed to and dramatically revealed in the Old Testament Law. 

Our Lord is depicted in many different ways throughout the Scriptures.  Some prefer to see Him as a strong warrior, mighty and able to fight and conquer.  Some prefer to focus on His tender nature – loving, caring, and gracious.  Yet perhaps no metaphor describes Christ in His entirety as He relates to His people as what we find in John 10 – Jesus the Good Shepherd.
