I'm what others would describe as a 'people person'. I enjoy finding out how they think and what makes them do what they do – not surprising I'm a mindset / life coach! I also love to learn new skills, particularly if they help the planet in some small way. My podcast is a real mixture. From family and friends to a wide range of professionals I'll be asking all sorts of questions or simply sharing my thoughts and experiences.
