What Oregon chooses to do with thousands of acres of dead and dying tree's left by the devastation of fire from Labor Day is a conversation we need to have now. There's a lot to consider. A story of murder, manipulation, lies and duping an entire community is in the national spotlight again. In 1994 18 year old Aaron Iturra was murdered while sleeping in his bed. The case is filled with twists and turns and here to talk about them is Aaron's mother. She and I will both appear on an Oxygen special that airs this Friday night at 8pm. OSHA proposed making and expanding the current COVID rules and small businesses are pretty upset about it. We talk with a local attorney who deals with employment issues and get some good advice on how to fight this. 

Baker City Oregon is challenging the governor. The city council adopted a resolution last night that makes a pretty straight forward argument for shutting down the lockdown. They know this alone won't change anything but if others do the same, the power is in the people.
