Bill Barnes joins us outside his normal time slot to fill us in on his experience with the Corona Virus. He is in good spirits and almost through a healthy recovery. We can't have a week without Bill Barnes so we brought him in on a Friday special edition. In other news, the new Covid vaccine will be named "Bill Barnes."

Another manic Monday in the crazy world of 2020. We have a new President Elect, or do we? The United States continues the craziness of this improbable year with only a few more months left in it. I give you all my thoughts on the post Election drama, the NFL, and college football from the wild weekend.

My brother Sam Heersema returns after his last appearance a couple months ago. This time we focus on jobs and careers. Sam and I have each had different experiences with various jobs and we find it interesting that although you never end up where you thought you would, you do end up where you're supposed to. Good luck to everyone out there as hopefully America goes back to work soon.

Bill Barnes and I go over the results late on Election Night and both wonder why the counting of votes was stopped. Forty five of the fifty states were able to count most of their ballots and with Trump leading in the remaining ones, it appears we are at a stand still. We will see what happens later in the week, but for now we wait with anticipation.

I start the week off with chatting about our Halloween activities from over the weekend. There was plenty of celebrating and some rather clever costumes on Saturday. I give my recap of all the NFL action from Sunday and look ahead to the Election on Tuesday.

Brian McDermott is always fun to talk to and there are plenty of topics to discuss today. He vents about being a Clippers/Angels fan in a Lakers/Dodgers world and shares how important the Celtic Football Club is to his family. Brian is proud of his Scottish heritage and is one of the few people on this planet I will talk soccer with. We also discuss podcasts and the year 2020. Happy Halloween!

Bill Barnes and I stay up late on Wednesday night to ensure an episode is out for the Weekly Wednesday Weigh-In. We discuss the Dodgers winning the World Series, make predictions about the Election, and of course complain about how the Dictator of California runs things. Better late than Thursday.

We recap a huge weekend of sports. Games 3, 4, and 5 of the World Series were full of excitement and disappointment. Khabib finished off Gaethje rather quickly and then called it a career. Both college football and the NFL provided moments of when the defense should let the offense score.
