Twas the Night Court Before Christmas and while poems may be corny, I had to rhyme something with Dan being so horny. Welcome to day 7 everybody! I had this idea to write a poem, but kept getting stuck, so I figured heck at least leave the corny/horny line in. Fun for the whole family! Today I talk about the 1988 Christmas episode of Night Court, a fun show that I didn’t realize how much I missed...

I'm supposed to believe that this guy who I know for a fact runs an inn in Vermont used to be a psychiatrist in Chicago? Laverne & Shirley will always go down as one of THE staple shows of my childhood. Do I remember every single episode? No chance – but it is one of the few shows that takes me back to being a little kid growing up in late 70s and early 1980s. And this Christmas Episode from 1976 was a GREAT watch that is highlighted by a fantastic performance by Lenny & The Squigtones. Show Title : Laverne...

Just when you thought it was safe to back to the podcast....JAWGUST is back! Sort've. This is a very special episode of Geek Mentality where, on the one year anniversary of the JAWGUST month long celebration, Mike is back to talk about - what else? JAWS 2 .

Took me long enough to get back into the swing of things - and the first thing I do since Movie Month is a Superman movie that doesn't even have Superman in it? Does this movie even count? How can I get away with this!? Easy! I make the rules - so this 1,000% counts. Yay!!! Enjoy as I go back to 1984 and watch Supergirl for the first time since...1984.

Here we are once again. The end of another successful movie month. 30 more movies watched and podcasted about on a daily basis for 30 days. Eight years and I’ve still never missed a day. That’s 240 movies! And I wanted to end of a biggie, and I think I did! See you nerds again next year!

39 years and 4 days. That's how long it took for the original Blade Runner to finally be seen by these handsome eyes. A movie that has so many different version that I couldn't limit myself to just one....

I've had this on my radar all month long and knew without a doubt I wasn't going to finish out the month and not watch it - and I so glad for that fact. What a well-crafted movie with some fantastic performances. Everything I was expecting and more. So good.

And we finish up the Christopher Morris Weekend Spectacular with another movie he's been after me to watch for some time. In fact, this has been sitting in the "drafts" folder on the website for over a year. In that time the Rotten Tomatoes score when up 1% and the service I used to watch switched over from HBO Max to Tubi. What does that have to do with the movie itself? Not much. It&...

Min ven Chris, og en af min vært på en anden podcast , har været efter mig i et stykke tid for at se denne film, så jeg dedikerer i dag og morgendagens film til ham! (My friend Chris, and a co-host of mine on another podcast , has been after me for a while to watch this movie, so I dedicate today and tomorrow's movies to him!)

Here's a movie that was not on my list at all, but I stumbled upon it this morning and said - yup, this is my day 25 movie. And then I watched it. And then I talked about it. And now you're reading this. There's really not that much else that goes into it. I'm a pretty simple guy.

Yet another movie that has been on my list for years and somehow I keep forgetting to finally watch it. Until today. Today I remembered to no longer forget to watch it. So I did. I remembered to forget. AND I watched it. Try to keep up.
