Continuing the sermon series where “family” is defined by a certain set of beliefs and practices, Pastor Lance teaches on how demonstrating honor and practicing intentionality will allow us to receive the talents and gifts of others, while bringing life to our neighbor.

In the first message of the four part series - "Family Room", Pastor Lance talks about the underlying power of cooperating with the Spirit of Understanding by seeking understanding and communicating bravely in our relationships.

Finishing up the series - "Anyone", Pastor Lance encourages us to remember that an "anyone" who becomes a "someone who changes the life of another" is a person who knows that love gives and gives generously.

For a person to move from “anyone” to “a someone who makes a difference” requires a proper environment of discipleship. Discipleship can’t be rushed, but it can be intentional. Listen to this passionate and challenging message as Pastor Lance describes a proper environment.

When answering the call to move from Anyone to Someone, we are committing to a love based relationship with Jesus that is validated by a heart that desires obedience. In this message, Pastor Lance identifies three reasons that support why obedience is the most natural response to a loving relationship with Jesus Christ.

In part 2 of the series - “Anyone”, Pastor Lance offers some hope and inspiration as we recognize any ability to pick up our cross and follow Jesus. This hope is because of God’s grace at work in us. Based upon Ephesians 2:5-10, Pastor Lance highlights how we are the masterpieces of God’s grace, designed as a witness of God’s graciousness, created for good works and a lifestyle of generosity.

In John 14:12, Jesus tells us that anyone who believes in Him will do what He has been doing, and will do even greater things. Anyone is an invitation to the whole world, but it comes with a kingdom condition. If you want to move from "anyone" to "someone" who makes a difference, then we must carry our cross daily and be a follower of Jesus.

Jesus is the fourth man in our furnace. He said that we would do greater things than He did. Will you be the fourth person in someone's life today and help them in their furnace?

Pastor Lance finishes this series by encouraging us to take Jesus at His word when He said that since Jesus is going back to the Father, we can have answers to prayer and do the things that Jesus has been doing. The lifestyle of a transformational leader is to believe like Jesus, talk like Jesus, see like Jesus, feel like Jesus, and do what Jesus does.

As believers, we have been and are being overshadowed by God’s love. We are being awakened to believe what He believes, see what He sees, and feel what He feels. This message from the Song of Solomon explores what God feels, what we are called to feel, and what blocks us from feeling.

In part 3 of the series - “A Simple Walk with a Glad God”, Pastor Lance begins to discuss the need to not only believe IN Jesus, but highlights that God wants to equip us to believe LIKE Jesus. Looking at the Old Testament story of Israel and our calling to walk in a manner worthy of our calling, Pastor Lance identifies the importance of believing like Jesus.

Continuing the series “A Simple Walk with a Glad God”, Pastor Lance defines what it means to be relationally equipped based on Ephesians 4:12, and how we could respond to the process of being equipped.
