Shelley and I search for clues into the existence of cryptozoological creatures in  Evidence by Orestis Liontaritis from Pegasus Spiele and Edition Spielwiese then we head back in time to Emperor Hadrian's rule and work to build his famous wall in Britain to keep the Picts at bay in Hadrian's Wall by Bobby Hill from Garphill Games and Renegade Game Design

Shelley and I journey first to the City of Light for a re-review of the now more readily available  Paris - La Cité de la Lumière by Jose Antonio Abascal Acebo from Devir and Kosmos then we trek to the mountains to press our luck as we climb  7 Summits by Daryl Andrews and Adrian Adamescu from Deep Water Games

Shelley and I check out a couple of art-themed games, one which we enjoy, and another which might have benefitted from some more development. Shelley and I gather gorgeous food and beverages in the quick Space Lunch by Simona Greco and Marco Rava with art by Natalie Dombois from ThunderGryph Games then we build train routes through the US and Europe and purchase shares in various train companies in Mini Express by Mark Gerrits from Moaideas Game Design

Shelley and I draft hats and manipulate their values in order to attend the Mad Hatter's party in  Hats by Gabriele Bubola from ThunderGryph Games then we drain swamps, work the fields and build roads and other structures in Faiyum by Friedemann Friese from BoardGameGeek and 2FSpiele

Shelley and I paint cool layered pictures in Canvas by Jeffrey Chin and Andrew Nerger (with art by Luan Huynh) from Road To Infamy Games Then we travel through the circular realm gathering goods, constructing buildings, obtaining manuscripts and venturing to the castle in Viscounts of the West Kingdom by Shem Phillips and SJ Macdonald from Garphill Games

Shelley and I compete to build Prague in Praga Caput Regni by Vladimir Suchy from Rio Grande Games and then we check out two new USA maps - West & East - for the classic  Carcassonne by Klaus-Jürgen Wrede from Hans im Glück

Shelley and I work to build up the city of Glasgow in Glasgow by Mandela Fernandez-Grandon from Lookout Games and then send out domino-covered animals into fields to plant trees in Renature by Michael Kiesling and Wolfgang Kramer from Capstone Games

Shelley and I head all the way back to 2006 to enlist dragons and build fantasy buildings to gain crystals for offerings in  Blue Moon City by Reiner Knizia from Fantasy Flight Games  then work together to run from an erupting volcano and escape from  Red Peak by Carlo A. Rossi from Ravensburger

Shelley and I build cool, 3-D towers and bridges in Cloud City by Phil Walker-Harding from Blue Orange Games then have a fantastic time building metro route for our cool train car and awesome meeples in Maglev Metro by Ted Alspach from Bezier Games

Shelley and I head to the Ganges river valley once again to check out a bunch of expansions that come in TWO Goodie Boxes for  Rajas of the Ganges by Inka and Markus Brand from R&R Games then we draft dice and attempt to save important valuables from the sinking city of Atlantis in  Atlandice by Shaun Graham and Scott Huntington from Ludonaute

Garrett's Games 761: Babylonia and Flandern 1302 31.01.2021

Shelley and I work with our nobles and farmers to establish dominance in Babylonia by Reinder Knizia from Ludo Nova then build different aspects of 6 cities in Flanders to gain majorities in  Flandern 1302 by Wolfgang Panning from Queen Games

Shelley and I collect pollen with our awesome 3-D bees in Beez by Dan Halstad from Next Move Games then we draft dice from around a 3-D obelisk, trying desperately to balance our pure & tainted dice and appease the gods in Tekhenu by Daniele Tascini and David Turczi from Board&Dice
