I find the Dune lore fairly engaging so I was more than willing to jump on the beta weekend with an open mind and enjoy some survival craft. Rejoyce, summer release slump is over! I am having a fairly decent time with this game. It probably is worth more than the zero dollars I've spent on it, but it's cosmetics are also next to nothing in terms of appeal. Novice mode is the definitive casual way to play.
