A Claims Assessor Calls - Episode 11/31 of #DecPodPoMo 11.12.2025

On the Tuesday after the crash on Thursday, the Claims Assessor from AVIVA car insurance called to the house - to take a statement - by appointment at 10am.   It was to take no more than 40 minutes.
