We’re living in corrupt times.  Selfishness abounds and greed is king.   Yet, in the midst of it all, there is hope…

“Therefore, leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ: let us go on unto perfection…”          -Hebrews 6:1       It is time to move beyond the basic teachings about Christ; not to forget them, but on to maturity in our understanding.

Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.  Isaiah 42:9 You can never be an overcomer without first embracing change. 

“And Jesus said, "For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not, might see; and that they which see, might be made blind.”    John 9:39 Avoid spiritual blindness.   Embrace God’s goodness for your life.   

Knowing the truth, and applying the truth, makes you more than a conqueror. Change for better begins with the truth.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.   -1 John 4:18

Adversity is good.  Change for the better is birthed out of  adversity.  You  will never know what you can do until you are forced to do what you thought you couldn't do.   Resistance builds strength.  

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.      Revelation 3:6 God is calling.  Can you hear Him?   He is speaking.  Listen. His Word is your lifeline to a balanced life.

Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;  -Ephesians 6:14 The breastplate deflects blows from the enemy.  Encourage yourself in the LORD.  Don’t let negativity and depressing thoughts set up resident in your mind.

Troubles, like a tsunami, can drown us in sorrows if not lessen by the power and the saving grace of God.  Jesus said, "... in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."   -John 16:33
