Our Father takes first priority in our lives. We must work to keep Him in His rightful position because satan will continue to run his same three plays to get us to change that. Join us as we dive into loving our Father and not the things of this world.

The Apostle John uses very strong language in his letter of 1 John to communicate to the Christian Church about the importance of having Jesus the righteous as our advocate. As we just wrapped up a series on the incarnate Christ, now we begin to look at who Jesus is for us right now.

Light is one thing that darkness can never overcome. Today, we see that Jesus is the light of the world, but as His Church, we are to be a light to the world. Where even a little bit of light is, darkness cannot win.

Everyone wants to leave a legacy, but the legacy you leave will be the life that you lived. In Daniel 6, we are shown how important regular rhythms of connecting with God are for the impact we have.

In Daniel 5, we see that the Lord is the one who raises up empires and tears them down. The quickest way to be removed from your position is to disregard God. We should recognize and revere God in all of it.

The Lord reigns over heaven and earth, and has the power to humble the prideful. Today, as we walk through Daniel 4, we see King Nebuchadnezzar get cut down to size in an example of God's omnipotence.

While the world sets up idols before the One True God, the Lord gives His Church the strength to stand in faith. We know our God is able, that He will, and we stand in faith even if He doesn't.

Daniel sets a great example for the church with his faith and his counsel. It's important to seek wise counsel and find courage in faith. As we journey through Daniel 2, it becomes clear that God is sovereign over history.

In Daniel chapter 1, we find Daniel as a man who has committed his whole self to God. He was always looking for the favor of God in His life rather than the favor of man (in His case, Babylon). What a great example for Christians around the world today!

As followers of Jesus Christ, our home is in heaven. Babylon seeks to rename us and train us to behave and believe differently. Listen in as we set the groundwork for the rest of the book of Daniel.

The book of Jonah ends with a bit of a twist. Everything seems to end well, but we are left with a question. As the days go by, shouldn't we align ourselves with God's bigger picture?

In Jonah 3, we find the prophet Jonah going where the Lord has gone before Him. An entire city was ready to repent and turn to God, and all that they needed was someone to warn them. God still has an assignment today, and people that you know are still ready to turn to the Lord!

Sometimes we reach our lowest point and remember our God. Jonah shows us how to cry out to God in a desperate time and how tru repentance looks.

We are familiar with the story of Jonah, but are we familiar with how it applies today? Jonah ran as far as he could, but ultimately God had His way. Know that the Lord has an assignment for you, and He wants to use you to further His plan and His Kingdom.

The church family is vital to God's plan for humanity, and it is important for us to know our roles. One of the most important aspects to focus on is that Jesus Christ is our head.

We need families that are Christ-centered. Parents have a big responsibility when it comes to shaping their children. This is a daily work that often gets put too far down our to-do list, but Scripture shows us the reality of putting God first in your family.
