You are what you eat & your words are the feast! What are you saying? Pastor BJ Sullivan talks about Proverbs 18:20-21 in Part 2 of our new series Lifetime Of Wisdom at FCG. In Chapter 1 of Proverbs Solomon tells us that if we apply the principles found within the pages of his book it will lead us to live “disciplined & successful” lives. This is still 100% true today in 2025!

Every week during this new FCG Series we will dive in & explore the meaning of different verse & passages in Proverbs. Starting off with Proverbs 23:7 Pastor BJ Sullivan teaches that “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” & how as New Testament believers we can renew our minds to think based on who we are in Christ.

Our good shepherd is ready to cut away whatever is holding us down with His word, which is sharper than a double edged sword.

In part 2 of The Good Shepherd at FCG Pastor BJ Sullivan delivers a message about hearing the good shepherd’s voice and recognizing it at all times. From John 10, if sheep know the shepherd’s voice well they can not be led a stray by any other voice. Amen!

New series, The Good Shepherd, launches at FCG. In John 10 we learn that Jesus is our good shepherd and if we only allow those things that are in line with who He is & His Word in our “gate” we will be kept safe from the thief who comes to “steal, kill, and destroy”.

Closing out our Yes and Amen Series Pastor BJ Sullivan brings a message that includes 4 steps from the Word that will carry us to our “Amen” and activate God’s promises in our lives. Using 3 intersecting stories from the life of Jesus we will see an example of the 4 steps: 1. Hear it/Read it 2. See It On The Inside 3. Apply It 4. See It On The Outside.
