Ways to practice

Go to your basic Psychic level and have the conversations that will assist you with in person interactions.

Your emotions are fuel for the rocket of intentions. (And maybe my particular higher self is winking their eye and laughing because I learned and grew through my “Never Evers” - That can be part of it too.)

As we do new things, the neutral pathways are expanded, and there is resistance, tension, constriction to work through as we practice and flex those psychic muscles, opening the pathways of relaxation and connection.
