Down at Most Holy Trinity in Corktown, passing through with her husband, God's beloved daughter Connie received a blessing from Jesus in the healing of her back, here's her testimony for His glory, praise you Jesus!

In Mark 8:34 we read that Jesus summoned the crowd with his disciples and said, "whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me."  Denying ourselves means letting Jesus be the king of our heart, the Lord of our life, which leads to abundant life.... 

Like "streams bursting forth" (Is 35), devotion to the Lord's presence changes everything as His love POURS in to each situation...

As Moses, under divine inspiration taught the Israelites that fidelity to God's commandments would lead to fruitful living in God's presence (Dt 4), so it is today with disciples of Jesus living in the New and Eternal Covenant.  At the heart of the Catholic Religion is found a passionate embrace, full of loving devotion, to God who has embraced us.

At the climactic point of the  Bread of Life  discourse, Jesus declares, "my flesh is true food and my blood is true drink." (Jn 6:55) In the gift of the Eucharist, Jesus meets us with an overwhelming loving kindness that is life-changing.
