Pastor Michael and his wife Bonni began the first Freedom Nights in July speaking about Freedom from Hypocrisy.

Pastor Michael continues that Acts Exponential series by looking at the way the disciples lived. Specifically in Acts Ch. 5-7, he notes different signs of the Lord.... Jealousy- a sign that the Spirit is moving, Intimidation- a sign that Jesus is speaking, Division- a sign that the Lord is multiplying, and Hatred- a sign that the witness is working.

Pastor Michael continues to lead us through Acts in Chapters 4 & 5. The disciples operated with great power, great grace, great fear, and great awe. Conviction produces Compassion produces Community.

Pastor Michael continues leading us through the book of Acts, focusing on the boldness of the disciples in Ch. 4. In the midst of trial after trial, the disciples prayed for boldness. No other Name. The Name of Jesus. No Other Charge. To speak in the Name of Jesus. No Other Prayer. For Boldness to Honor that Name.

Pastor Michael continues preaching from Acts Ch. 3. focusing on the apolostic ministry that we need to glean from today. The apostles didn't focus on what they didn't have, but what they did have. In addition, the preaching of the apostles was filled with humility, it was bold, clear, and it was powerful. Pastor Michael speaks about the Day of Pentecost as mentioned in Acts 2. The believers were all in one accord, with one spirit, and had one message. There is significant purpose in the unity of believers. We have this hope -- "that everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved".

Disciple-making Disciples (Matthew28; Mark 16) Pastor Michael highlights to us how Jesus speaks to His disciples as her is speaking to us today: that He is giving us all authority, sending us to all nations, and that He will always be with us. The Father sends us, but the Holy Spirit empowers us.

On Mother's Day, Pastor Michael taught us from Luke 10, specifically how to rest in a season of harvest. We are to seek out the harvest, to stop for the broken, and to sit at His feet. "Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord".

Pastor Michael taught us out of John 21- the restoration of Peter. Peter had disqualified himself, but was never disqualified by Jesus. Jesus tells Peter if he loves Him, to care for His people, and to lay down his life for His people. "You can't say you love Jesus and hate His Church". Are we willing to lay down our lives for His Church?

Pastor Michael draws our attention to Luke 24-- the Road to Emmaus. He highlights to us how Jesus' own disciples did not know Him when He appeared to them again. They did not understand Him. And they did not expect Him... they were unprepared for the possibility that it was Jesus. Do we resonate at all with the disciples?

Pastor Michael begin the "Behind Locked Doors" series by teaching us out of John 20: 19-31... Jesus answers our fears with His presence, He answers our failure with His Spirit, and He answers our doubts with His scars. "Your doubts comes from your scars, but He answers them with His scars."

Jesus the King. Celebrated. Welcomed. Honored. How quickly things unravel. He paid the price in full for us-- it is finished. Everything around you may have changed. But Jesus' resurrection has changed everything. Because He's paid everything. If only you'd take Him at His Word.

Just days before Jesus' crucifixion, the High Priest tells the ruling council of religious leaders in Jerusalem, "it is better for you that one man should die for the people" than the "whole nation perish." As Pastor Michael concludes The Restoration Series on The Story of Ezra, we continue to look to the life of Ezra. We see through his life and story that the work of God requires community, a heart for God demands compassion, and the Word of God produces conviction. Are we willing to humble ourselves before God as Ezra did?

Pastor Michael continues to teach us from the book and life of Ezra. In Chapter 7, we learn how God's Word prepares us, how His Word instructs us, and how His Word judges us. "Come let us return to the Lord" (Hosea 6:1-3)... there's never been a more vital time!

Pastor Michael began our new series- Restoration: The Story of Ezra. He shares with us that we are in a time to return; a time of favor, a time to rebuild; a royal decree, and a time to contend amidst opposition. On the National Day of Prayer, and our first meeting outside of the building due to the Coronavirus, he challenges us all to to press into the Lord during this season, because He wants to...

We were blessed to have a guest teacher, Pastor Sam, with us today. He brought us the Word out of John 8: 1-11. Are we more concerned with our own sin, or with the sin of others?

Pastor Michael shares with us the fragile thread of redemptive history in || Chronicles 22 & 23. He goes through the thread of the opposition of the Covenant, the preservation of the Covenant, and the restoration of the Covenant. We have the ability to change our Family Tree by moving from the Palace to the Temple, and by protecting the Promises of God.

Pastor Michael concludes the 'Burn the Ships' series by encouraging us to not shrink back as is outlined in Hebrews 10. Jesus' work on the Cross deals with the sin in our hearts. His work on the Cross produces boldness in our lives. And Jesus' work on the Cross calls us to fight for one another.

"....Today if you hear His voice do not harden your hearts..." (Heb. 3:7-8). Pastor Michael encourages us to fear God and not be complacent about His Promise. To pursue obedience by striving to enter His rest. And to let us hold fast to His confession- our confession of Christ is rooted in His Word.

Pastor Michael encourages us to look to Jesus as we continue our series in the book of Hebrews. In the midst of trial and temptation to look back, we are encouraged to Look Ahead: Jesus Starts, to Look Up: Jesus Sustains, and to Look Around: Jesus Perfects.

Pastor Michael encourages us out of of Hebrews 12 to run the race that is set before us. The Lord gives us an appeal to run with endurance, a command to listen with obedience, and an invitation to receive with reverence. So where are you on your course?
