Albert Latham came back from the great war in 1918 as a family hero. He saved his marriage with Gertrude Latham in the process, and they moved to a beautiful home in Binghamton, New York. On March 3rd, 1922, all of that had changed. Albert emerged from his home with a bullet wound to his head and hand, saying his wife tried to kill him. She was now dead....

Samuel Jacobson was on his way home just after midnight after spending the evening at the theater with his fiancée. When he got home, he had been shot and was fighting for his life. Soon the papers would be filled with theories about the case, Murder?
