Reflect today on any doubts you have. Do you believe in the Most Holy Eucharist? Do you believe it is the food for eternal life? Do you believe all that Jesus taught? Examine your faith, seek God's voice, listen, understand, accept, and believe. This will strengthen your faith, guiding you to a life full of grace.

Reflect today on the high Christian calling to live a completely selfless and giving life. If you often think about yourself, try to change that habit. Focus on God and serving others. Care more about others' needs than your own. Do this because Jesus calls us to a selfless life, and if He calls us to it, it must be worth it.

Reflect on your desires today. What do you want in life? Do you want to "gain the whole world?" Be honest with yourself and purify your desires to align with God's will. Once you do, it won't matter if you are rich or poor, praised or criticized, powerful or not. What matters is using everything for God's glory according to His perfect will.
