Forget Me Not

Have you ever struggled to believe or needed a sign from God? How might Jesus be inviting you to trust Him more deeply, even if you don’t have all the answers right now?

Is there something in your life Jesus is asking you to surrender, even if it feels uncomfortable or costly? How might trusting Him bring true freedom?

Is there a past mistake or conversation you keep avoiding? What would it look like to bring that into the light with Jesus today?

Think of a time when you felt overwhelmed by fear or uncertainty. Did you turn to Jesus, or did you try to handle it on your own? What might it look like to trust him more, even when it seems like he is silent or “asleep” in your situation?

Why do you follow Jesus? Take a moment to think about your reasons. Is it comfort, tradition, hope for blessings, or simply love? How might Jesus be inviting you to trust Him more deeply today?

Think about a time when you felt unqualified or unsure in your faith journey. How might God be inviting you, even with your weaknesses, to be a “rock” for someone else today? Who in your life could be encouraged or helped through your quiet acts of faith?

There's also a quiet comfort here for those who feel unnoticed. Jesus saw her lying in bed with a fever. He sees us too. He knows when we're not well, physically, emotionally, or spiritually. And He still draws near. Is there a hidden place in your life where you need Jesus' healing touch today?

What part of your life needs healing or cleansing? How might Jesus be inviting you to receive the grace flowing from His pierced heart?

The question is not whether we're amazed, like the crowds were but whether we are ready to follow. What part of Jesus' teaching in the Sermon on the Mount speaks to your heart today? Is there one command or encouragement that feels especially personal?

Today, as we remember John's birth, we're reminded that God's plans often begin quietly, even in places we least expect. A small village. A barren woman. A child born into mystery and hope. When we let go of judgment, we make room for grace, both for others and for ourselves. Think of a recent moment when you were quick to judge someone, maybe a stranger, a family member, or even a friend. What might have been going on in their life that you didn't see?

What does it mean for you to receive Jesus, not just as a memory, but as a living presence in your life today? Lord Jesus, thank You for giving Yourself so fully to us. In the Eucharist, You feed us with Your own Body and Blood. Help me to receive You with awe, love, and a heart open to be transformed. Teach me to love as You love, freely, fully, and forever. Amen.

Who is Jesus inviting you to love today, not out of emotion, but as an act of the will? How might praying for them soften your heart and draw you closer to the Father?

Is there someone in your life who is difficult to love or who asks more of you than you feel like giving? How might Jesus be inviting you to go the "second mile" today, not out of obligation, but out of love?

Reflect on your day or week. How is Jesus inviting you to share His love through a word of encouragement, a quiet act of service, a listening ear, or a moment of forgiveness? What small step can you take today to be His presence in someone's life?

Today, reflect on your own honesty. Do you live with the goal of truthfulness in your words and actions? Are you sincere and clear when communicating with others? True integrity begins inside—it requires honesty and a sincere heart. When you cultivate these virtues, others will learn to trust you more deeply, day by day.

Today, reflect on the people God has placed in your life. Celebrate and give thanks for those friendships where God is at the center and that bear much fruit. For relationships that are difficult or not fruitful, pray and consider how God may be calling you to change how you relate to those people—so your love more closely reflects His perfect love.

Today, reflect on your own anger. See it as the true enemy—not the person you’re angry with. Pray to Jesus to free you from this enemy of your soul. Seek the peace and freedom that only forgiveness can bring.

Today, reflect on this high calling. It’s not enough to do the bare minimum in faith or morals. That might make us “least in the Kingdom,” but God invites us to be “greatest.” Are you ready to accept this challenge? Will you pursue the fullness of holiness by living the New Law of Christ, filled with grace and mercy?

Reflect, today, on these two purposes. First, how is God calling you to become more holy? How is He preserving you from sin and helping you live with deeper meaning and grace? Then ask: Who around you needs to see that light? Who needs hope, mercy, encouragement, or quiet support? Let God work in you and through you. Then, truly, you will be the salt of the earth and the light of the world.
