Pastor Olu tells us the story of Jesus leading up to his death on the cross. He brings out how he was unjustly accused and punished for no reason at all. He tells us how King Herod was in a position to change the outcome of Jesus situation but instead he just wanted to see Jesus perform miracles. Pastor Olu asks us the question, What will you do with Jesus.

Pastor Olu tells the story of Shadrach Meshach and Abednego, the three Hebrew boys who refused to bow down to the King of Babylon, King Nebuchadnezzer. He tells us how they were able to face the king even while under immense pressure. Pastor Olu gives us the formula to withstand the force of today's culture and he says that our Bible based convictions are the key.

Pastor Olu say that our responsibility as families while in Babylon is to multiply and become great. He says that as we multiply and become great we are commanded to pray for our cities because the welfare of the city depends on us (The family that God has set up.)

Pastor Olu says that the wife's responsibility in the home is to be a helpmate by being an essential contributor and reflecting the functional relationship between Jesus and the Father. In this message we learn that submission is a voluntary, selfless act which mimics how Jesus took off his Glory Robe and lined up under the Father.

Bro Omar breaks down the doctrine of the Trinity. He teaches us the history on how the Bible was written and how we are able to benefit from it today. He teaches us how the early church teachings are still relevant till this day because of how God has guarded his word.

Brother Omar says that Jesus knows and cares about how we feel as humans because he has been there himself. He says that Jesus was also tempted to sin in all ways just as we are but he never sinned. Because Jesus never sinned He is our go between and we are able to boldly approach the thrown of Grace and ask for forgiveness.

Pastor Olu unpacks how important it is that we are in tune with God's plans for His Kingdom. He Says that we are to balance what God's word says against what the world's culture is telling us is right or wrong. Pastor Olu also touches on the structure of God's Kingdom and how it starts in the home with the Man.

He says that Jesus fully understands us as men and women because he took on Human form but Jesus also says that He is "I am" which means he is God. Brother Omar starts his message by telling us the story of how the Jews had trouble excepting Jesus as God.  He is reading from  John 8:31

Pastor Olu answers the question, If God is sovereign and all knowing and does whatever He wants to do, then why should we pray to him and what affect can prayer really have? Pastor Olu says that apart from God commanding us to pray, praying is to bring our whole life underneath the gaze of God. He says that prayer is a privilege and should be a desire that we have because it's so amazing!
