The urgent application by Khulubuse Zuma has been dismissed with costs by the High Court in Pretoria. Zuma was seeking to nullify the Master of the High Court ruling that upheld creditors' 1-point-five billion rand claim against Aurora Empowerment Systems and its directors, who include Zuma. Lawyers representing President Jacob Zuma's nephew approached the court to reverse the Master's decision.
