How do you know if you're doing what you're doing out of love for the Lord? In Luke 10:38-42 we read about how Martha invited Jesus and His disciples to her home for a meal. What began as service to him quickly turned into suffering. As Pastor Shane notes, "When we reinterpret our service into suffering, we come to a skewed conclusion."

How do we keep the love of our hearts [God] white hot to the end? Pastor Shane teaches us that a first love will go to places where other people won't go and it is these places that bless the heart of God the most.

Exodus 33:11 "The Lord would speak to Moses face to face just like to a friend."  Can God still interact with man today in a similar way? The answer is yes!  Pastor Moses shares the process and pathway to having a friendship with God too.

Are we relating to Him rightly? Pastor Shane warns us to not relate to Jesus as less than He really is,  the eternally begotten Son of God. Everything was made through Him. He sustains all things supernaturally and He holds the universe together. He is King and Lord.

David made God his First Love; in fact, he is a man who God said was "after His own heart".  Pastor Shane shares how we, too, can live "after God's own heart."
