We can be certain of what we are told of in God's Word, because it is not based on fallible man, but on the infallibility of God.

What do you know for sure? There are many things we may not be sure about, but as we see from the book of John, there still are some things we can be sure about.

There are two main reasons why I am a Christian. The first is because the Shepherd choose me and the second is because of the Shepherd's coworkers. Today we see how the partnership works.

Extremes can have their benefits. In John 10 we see how Jesus is the Extreme Shepherd and how we can have the benefits by being extremely commited to Him.

In John 10, Jesus tells a story (or an analogy) about sheep and shepherds. He then explains the analogy and we see how that still applies today.

Today, we look at Isaiah 53 and see that God has provided for us something of great value that we don't need to work for. And something like this should be celebrated.

As we continue to look at the opposites of love listed in 1st Corinthians 13, we see that it is not self-motivated, or selfish and that selfishness is the natural condition of mankind without God.

As we continue our study of 1st Corinthians, we see from verse 4 that love is not a feeling as much as it is a choice and an action.

From 1st Corinthians 13 we see some tests for the reality of Christianity. Substitutes usually look really good, but they do not satisfy. We need to apply these tests daily to our lives to show God's love.

We see today from Romans 8 more of what God's love is and what it means to us.

As we begin our study of 1st Corinthians 13, we take a close look at what love is according to God's word.

There is a great difference between what Christians and unbelievers believe. We look today at what unbelievers do that shows that difference from what Jesus teaches.

In politics, it is unpopular to say that there is only one way to do things. Jesus would be decidedly unpopular then, since He says there is only one way to God and to Heaven.

We look today at two inter-related truths. The first is God's sovereignty in our salvation and His offer of it to all people. The second is the security of our salvation based on God's decision to save us.

People are always looking for something to fill and satisfy them, both physically and spiritually. Jesus tells us in John 6 that only He can provide what will truly satisfy.

God has told us in the Scriptures, both by precept and example, that the primary way He works with us is to test us. We see a prime example of that in John 6.

The wisdom from God shows us that it is better for everyone concerned to "get along." We see from James 3 what we need to be able to do that.

There are people out there who believe more strongly in what they believe and are more willing to share with people than we are. Mature believers are to make disciples and today we will see what a disciple is and what it takes to be one.

The Corinthian church is an example of how divisions can harm the body of Christ. We learn from this how to have a godly relationship in the family of God.

God calls all of us to live under various forms of authority and He gives us ways to pursue our desires while staying under authority. The verses we are going to look at today focus maily on children, but they apply to all of us.

There are lots of "maps" that show many routes for parents to take with their children, but the best route for your family is God's. Today we learn more about that route from Ephesians 6.

We all have encountered some really challenging and scary things in our lives. But none are as challenging as preaching the whole counsel of God. Including today's text.

Alot of men may be "in the home" but they are not living out their God given roles because our society doesn't want them to do so. If you are going to follow God's path as a man, you are going to have to "swim upstream."

Marriage and family are wonderful gifts from God. But if we would really enjoy God's blessing of the family, we must follow His plan for the family.

Today, as we look at Ephesians 5, we are reminded that we are wearing God's name. And as such, we ought to act like him.
